The oil that gave me my long, luscious hair!

Sooooo, here it is, one of the secrets to my long, luscious hair. I always get endless questions asking how I style and look after my hair. it’s simple, I use AMLA HAIR OIL.

For years ever since I as I can remember, my mum used to religiously oil my hair with this genius hair oil. Amla Hair oil has been used in my family for generations and this is the secret to our long, thick and luscious hair.

So what is it?

Amla Oil is a natural substance traditionally by immersing dried Amla fruit in oil. It is use widely sourced from India, used to promote hair health including greying to the hair, hair loss, and to stimulate hair growth.

Amla is an Indian gooseberry fruit . it is soaked in Coconut, mineral and sesame oil for a few days and  then removed from the oil and the oil is then filtered and purified.

This oil has always helped me maintain my long, heavy locks. it helps keep the hair follicles strong and conditioned. When I have stopped using this oil in the past (for no reason at all just pure laziness), I noticed how weak, lifeless and thin my hair felt. As soon as I started re-using the oil my hair was restored gradually and now feeling super healthy.

This oil is super affordable for everyone! it Retails From £1.99 available from many health shops, supermarkets and drugstores.

How do I use it?

I literally apply tons of oil in sections from the scalp to the end of each strand and massage it thoroughly all over. I apply this oil twice a week but sometimes If I can I do oil my hair more. I apply the oil in my hair in the evenings when I am at home, leaving it on overnight as a deep hair mask and then I would wash off thoroughly the next day, followed by my hair routine.

I purchase my Amla from my local chemist or Superdrugs. I normally go through one bottle a week. The includes both me and my daughter sharing bottle of oil.

Be sure to try it out, trust me you’ll thank me later! xX
